As winter approaches and the days get shorter, I know I’m not alone in dreaming of the warmer months. To help you escape into your daydreams for a while, I wanted to share this romantic summer shoot from earlier this year. 

I had the pleasure of working with the very talented Noelle from Wonderlust Studio on this special creative project. Noelle handled the hair, makeup and wardrobe for this photoshoot, opting for shades of golds and muted pinks to create a softer, more natural look. 

We filled the gorgeous clawfoot tub with handfuls of lavender flowers, and finished the scene by draping delicate strings of crystals and greenery down from the trees above. 

Once the client climbed into the tub, the daydream came to life. She was basked in soft, golden light as she gazed up towards the camera, soaking in the sun. Behind the lens, I kept snapping frame after frame, knowing that we were creating magic that day.
